We offer free shipping on all standard, listed items purchased through our website.
 

When Shipping May Not Be Free

Free shipping does not apply to the following:

  • Exclusive offers / limited releases (including special promotions, bundles, drops, or limited-edition items)

  • Direct design work / custom projects (including custom design services, custom prints, prototypes, or made-to-order work)

  • Non-listed items (items not shown in our standard website catalog, including special requests and custom invoices)

If your order falls into one of these categories, shipping costs (if any) will be clearly communicated before payment is collected (via quote, invoice, or checkout).
 

Processing Times

  • In-stock / listed items: typically ship within [2-5 business days] after the order is placed.

  • Custom/direct design or non-listed items: timelines vary based on scope and will be provided in your quote.
     

Carriers and Delivery Estimates

We ship using reputable carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx) based on package size, destination, and service availability.

  • Delivery times begin once the carrier has accepted the package and are estimates, not guarantees.
     

Tracking

When available, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required to reship.
 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:
